Service Limitations

Our services are designed for residential home networks. We do not provide:

  • Enterprise or commercial network solutions
  • Ongoing network monitoring services
  • Hardware replacement or repair services
  • Internet service provider support

Service Process and Access

Service Authorization

By engaging our services, you authorize SecureNet to:

  • Document network configurations for compliance purposes

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Payment Terms

Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled with 24-hour notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

Force Majeure

Termination of Services

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through:
