Service Limitations
Our services are designed for residential home networks. We do not provide:
- Enterprise or commercial network solutions
- Ongoing network monitoring services
- Hardware replacement or repair services
- Internet service provider support
Service Process and Access
Service Authorization
By engaging our services, you authorize SecureNet to:

Customer Responsibilities

Payment Terms

Cancellation Policy
Services may be cancelled with 24-hour notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

Force Majeure
